NON – PAYMENT OF DUES

Any member who does not pay his subscription dues for a period of three months, i.e., for one quarter will be sent a registered notice addressed to his last known address as per records of the khelgaon asking him to clear it 15 days of reminder failure within the stipulated period will invite display of the name on notice board as defaulter his membership will stand terminated after another 15 days

DISHONOURED CHEQUES

Members whose cheqes deposited with the khelgaon are dishonored due to any reason will require immediate of dues in Cash with penalty of Rs.50/- if payment is not made within the specified time as given in rules membership is liable to be terminated.

INFRACTION OF RULES& BYLAWS

The management body will be empowered to suspend a member and dependant for infraction of rules and bylaws and disqualify him/her for using khelgaon for any purpose.

CONDUCT OF MEMBERS

In case the conduct of a member or dependant in the premises of khelgaon is injurious to the reputation and character and interest in the opinion of In charge of khelgaon He can temporarily suspend the membership pending decision of the Management Board.

TIMINGS

The timings of opening and closing of Khelgaon and of any facility provided therein will be as per the order of the management board. Normally timings will be 06.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m. in summer and 06.30a.m.to 07.00p.m. in Winter management reserves right of altering of Closing and allotting specific timings for specific occasions/events deemed necessary by them.
